Welcome to The Art Arena Competition. By registering for and participating in this competition, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Section 1

Eligibility

  1. The competition is open to artists and students of all eligible age categories as specified by The Art Arena.
  2. Participants below 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  3. The information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
Section 2

Registration and Participation Fee

  1. Registration is considered complete only after:
    • Submission of the registration form.
    • Payment of the prescribed participation fee.
    • Receipt of enrollment confirmation from The Art Arena.
  2. Participation fees are non-refundable as per the Refund Policy.
Section 3

Artwork Requirements

  1. All submitted artwork must be the original creation of the participant.
  2. Plagiarism, copying, tracing, or use of copyrighted work without authorization is strictly prohibited.
  3. The participant must ensure that the artwork does not violate any intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other legal rights of any third party.
  4. Any artwork found to be copied or misrepresented may be disqualified immediately.
Section 4

Competition Materials

  1. Participants may be required to create artwork on materials, boards, or surfaces specified by The Art Arena.
  2. Participants must follow all guidelines, dimensions, and submission instructions provided by the organizers.
  3. Failure to follow specifications may result in disqualification.
Section 5

Submission and Deadlines

  1. All artwork must be submitted within the timelines announced by The Art Arena.
  2. Late submissions may not be accepted.
  3. The organizers reserve the right to reject incomplete submissions.
Section 6

Judging and Results

  1. All decisions made by the judging panel shall be final and binding.
  2. No correspondence, appeal, or dispute regarding judging decisions will be entertained.
  3. The Art Arena reserves the right to modify judging criteria whenever necessary.
Section 7

Exhibition and Auction Rights

  1. Selected artworks may be displayed in exhibitions, promotional events, galleries, websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and marketing campaigns related to The Art Arena.
  2. Selected artworks may be considered for public display, sale, or auction opportunities organized by The Art Arena.
  3. Participation in the competition does not guarantee selection, exhibition, auction, sale, recognition, or prize awards.
Section 8

Intellectual Property and Promotional Use

  1. The participant retains ownership of the original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. By participating, the participant grants The Art Arena a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:
    • Photograph the artwork.
    • Publish images of the artwork.
    • Use participant names, photographs, artwork images, videos, and competition-related content for promotional, educational, marketing, and publicity purposes.
  3. No additional compensation shall be payable for such promotional use.
Section 9

Participant Conduct

  1. Participants shall maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the competition.
  2. Any misconduct, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of competition rules may result in immediate disqualification.
Section 10

Limitation of Liability

  1. The Art Arena shall not be responsible for:
    • Damage occurring during transportation of artwork by third parties.
    • Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Technical issues, internet failures, or communication disruptions.
  2. Participants are responsible for ensuring safe packaging and submission of their artwork.
Section 11

Modification or Cancellation

  1. The Art Arena reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the competition if circumstances require.
  2. Such decisions shall not create any liability against The Art Arena.
Section 12

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for The Art Arena Competition, the participant (or parent/guardian where applicable) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
