Registration and Enrollment
Enrollment in The Art Arena Competition is considered confirmed once:
- The registration form has been submitted.
- The participation fee has been successfully paid.
- Confirmation of enrollment has been issued by The Art Arena.
No Refund Policy
All registration and participation fees are strictly non-refundable once enrollment is completed.
After a participant has successfully enrolled, no refunds, transfers, cancellations, or adjustments will be made under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Scheduling conflicts
- Failure to participate
- Inability to complete the artwork
- Disqualification due to non-compliance with competition rules
- Technical or communication issues beyond the organizer's control
Participant Responsibility
Participants are advised to carefully review all competition details, eligibility requirements, timelines, and participation guidelines before making payment and confirming enrollment.
Competition Modifications
The Art Arena reserves the right to modify competition schedules, judging timelines, venues, or event formats whenever necessary. Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The competition is officially canceled by The Art Arena and no alternative arrangement is provided.
In such cases, any refund decision shall be solely at the discretion of The Art Arena management.
Acceptance of Policy
By submitting the registration form and paying the participation fee, the participant (or parent/guardian, where applicable) acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
